New Billing Statement Procedures

We've gotten some feedback that sometimes our bills arrive too close to the due date, and so we're changing the way we do things.

Under our new procedure, bills due between the 1st and the 15th will be mailed on the 7th of the previous month and bills due between the 16th and the 31st will be mailed on the 21st of the previous month.

While we implement this, you may receive two bills close together. Your billing period will not change, but you will receive the bill sooner than you did in the past.
