Stephouse Networks has commited to donating a 3Mbit DSL line to the Mississippi neighborhood wifi network, a project of the Personal Telco Project funded in part by a grant from the Meyer Memorial Trust. This project will bring free internet access into a low-income neighborhood in north Portland helping to bridge the "digital divide". Read more about it in the Oregonian, Willamette Week, or on Daily Wireless. |
