How’s it going? It’s crazy cold out there!

We hope that the new year has been great to you all. The team at Stephouse Networks wants to thank the community for helping us achieve a record-setting month of business. We’re looking forward to providing quality, reliable internet service for our growing customer base.

We took a stand.

Many community members positively responded to our blog post and email about our stance regarding net neutrality. We’ll say it again—Stephouse Networks has no intention of discriminating against your web traffic or access to media services and websites.

We continue to build our business using fair, open practices and by embracing the trust and support of our communities in Oregon and Washington. We will keep providing the same high-speed internet service that you know and enjoy.

Many of our community members ask us about how our high-speed internet services work. To give you all a better look at how we set up and provide internet service as well as how to improve your own experience, we feature a new section of our website called “How It Works.”

For instance, we have a brief guide about how to set up and secure your wireless network at home or at the small office. Please feel free to share this guide with any recent movers who might need help setting up their WiFi.
